Easy-to-Use Contact Import

This video demonstrates how to import telephone numbers and leads into your Newfies-Dialer call center dialer system.

Import from any comma separated file with as many fields as you like, and the intuitive web based interface system allows you to select which fields you want to import, and what labels to apply to the fields.

The custom data uploaded can be used in tag replacement with text-to-speech to personalise each message.

Start by adding a phonebook to your call center dialer, then click Import Contacts, select the phonebook to import into, the latest one is selected by default, select the file to upload from your computer then decide which fields apply to which labels. The contacts will be imported and any invalid numbers will be reported to you at the end.
