Who our reseller programs are for

Newfies-Dialer is used by call centers, lead generation companies, telecoms operators and software providers. Our partner programs suit:

• Telecoms carriers and VoIP providers who want to add voice broadcasting, SMS and call center services to the minutes and numbers they already sell.
• Hosting and cloud companies looking for a ready-made communications application for their customers.
• Consultants, integrators and agencies who recommend dialer, CRM or call center tools to their clients.
• Websites, bloggers and communities about telemarketing, lead generation or VoIP, with an audience looking for an auto dialer.

Three ways to work with us

1. Affiliate program: refer and earn

Share your affiliate link, and when someone you referred signs up and pays for a subscription, you earn 20% commission every month, for 12 months or the life of the customer, whichever is sooner. We take care of the product, installation and support. Commissions start on the Medium plan, so a single Large plan referral earns $4,320 in its first year. See the affiliate program.

2. Distributor program: sell under your own brand

Distributors sell Newfies-Dialer as their own product. No mention is made of the Newfies-Dialer brand, you set your own price and can bundle it with your other services, such as hosting and call termination. We provide a branded demo system, pre-sales support, installation and 2nd and 3rd line technical support, while you provide training and first line support and your customer pays you. 3. Introduction fee

Not ready for a formal agreement? Introduce a customer to us, and we pay a one-off fee when the sale completes.

Why Newfies-Dialer is easy to resell

• Multi-tenant: many customers run their own campaigns on the same system, each with their own contacts, reports and settings.
• Billing built in: set a per-minute rate and billing increment for each customer, charge SMS per message, and stop calls automatically when a balance reaches zero. Credit card and PayPal payments let customers top up themselves.
• White labelling and custom domain: your logo, your colours and your own domain with SSL, available from the 250-port plan.
• Your own carriers: you choose the VoIP and SMS providers, so you control your call costs and your margin.
• Scales with your customers: from 25 ports up to 2000 ports and larger plans on demand, up to 1 million calls a day.

A note on compliance

Automated calls and texts are regulated, with rules such as the TCPA and Do Not Call registries in the USA, or PECR and the TPS in the UK. As a reseller or distributor you should make sure your customers understand the rules that apply to them. Newfies-Dialer gives them the tools to comply, including DNC lists, opt-out keys, calling windows and caller ID controls. This is not legal advice.
